NTC is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your package should be with you in anything between 1 and 5 days (depending on where you live)
